How to Activate Your Card

Activate Cards through Online Teller or Transaction Line

Online Banking:
  • Login to Online Teller
  • Click Options  > Cards > Activate > Submit.
ATM:
  • Visit any ATM and complete a balance inquiry.

    (Must have a PIN to operate. NOTE: This PIN is not the same as the one issued for Debit cards.)
To activate your Success Credit Union card:
  • Call one of the numbers above to access the Transaction Line.
  • Press 2 for card activation.
  • Enter your member number and PIN.
  • Have your card ready to enter it when prompted.
  • Follow prompts to activate your card.
Are you NEW to Transaction Line? Please call a service center to have a temporary PIN (Personal Identification Number) assigned.
 
Once you have a temporary password:
 
  • Call one of the numbers above to access the Transaction Line.
  • Press 2 for card activation.
  • Enter your member number followed by # .
  • Enter the PIN.
  • Set a new PIN at least 6 characters in length.
    • You will be asked to enter it, press # then enter it again to confirm.
    • Press #.  You can then activate your new credit card.
    • Please have your card number ready.
